Paul started his engineering career with the British Central Electricity Generating Board (CEGB), followed by the Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Commission (now ZESA) and has broad national power utility background that includes the construction and operation of generation, transmission and distribution and the retail management of electricity consumers.
With over 40 years of power sector experience Paul is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MyHydro, a new US technology company for small, distributed hydropower systems. He is the Founder and CEO of the Symbion Power Group, a US Independent Power Producer based in New York City that has built, owned, and operated 1,380MW and 3,000kms of transmission and distribution in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
